Lokness ships to the countries available at checkout.

Shipping costs

Destination	Cost
Romania	20 RON – free on orders of 190 RON or more
International (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA)	20 RON flat rate (shown in your local currency at checkout)

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Estimated delivery times

After your order ships, delivery takes 10–20 business days to all destinations (Romania, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the USA).

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Lokness is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union (for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or the USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@lokness.store with your order number and we will help you.
