Lokness ships to the United States. Our current estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 7–15 business days after shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Processing and delivery can vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs, holidays, severe weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an address error, email support@lokness.store as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, contact us with your order details so we can review the issue.
